How are you tracking twitter stats?
I’m doing community management for a nonprofit, called Kiva.org (check it out if you dont know it already!), and I’d like to keep detailed stats about how our twitter account is progressing.
To start, I just want to know on a day-to-day basis what my follower count is, how many people my account is following, and how many updates i’ve made (see screenshot, these 3 pieces of data are right on the www.twitter.com/kiva profile).
Eventually I’d like to get more serious and try to link it to other actions to see whats driving the most engagement and traffic, but in the short term I’d like any tips you have that would be easier than me going to the page everyday and jotting down the latest stats in an excel spreadsheet.
